Alto Moncayo is the flagship of the winery. Garnacha varietal wine, from vines that are 40 to 70 years old and aged in new barrels for 20 months. Its complexity stands out on the nose, with toasted notes and balsamic and black fruit aromas, and very well structured on the palate.

Description

The winemaking process begins in the vineyard where only perfectly ripe clusters are selected. These bunches are transported in small boxes to avoid crushing and taken to the winery's selection table. The selected grapes ferment in small stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 7 to 8 tons.
