Tempranillo, Mazuelo and Viura.
The marked Mediterranean character of this rosé comes from vineyards located in poor, shallow and well-drained soils. The fruit was picked early in order to retain a marked varietal character.
The Tempranillo Tinto was vatted and subjected to a short maceration. The tanks were subsequently bled and the must was fermented at temperatures between 15 and 18 ºC. The Tempranillo Blanco and Mazuelo grapes were pressed directly, vinified in white from the beginning.
Subsequently, the wines were aged for several months on their fine lees with periodic batonnages.
Pale pink color with salmon nuances and the shine of its coat. Intense nose with aromas of floral and fruity ranges, as well as varied notes originated during its vinification.
In the mouth it shows good structure and shows soft acidity and freshness. Great lightness and persistence.

Bodegas Olarra
