Description

Young and fruity red wine, made from Petit Verdot (70%), Syrah (20%) and Tintilla de Rota (10%) grapes, all organically grown. The harvest is manual and at night, ensuring the best quality of the grapes. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and then assembled after malolactic fermentation. The wine is bottled without filtering or clarifying, preserving all its purity. On the nose, it stands out for its aromas of black fruit with floral and balsamic notes, while on the palate it is meaty and balanced with medium acidity.
