80% Sauvignon and 20% Macabeo with 2 months of aging on its lees in steel tanks

The result is this bright straw yellow wine. With an excellent combination of citrus, white flower and soft toasted hints and a broad, enveloping, creamy palate, fresh acidity and interesting evocative persistence.

Appetizers, seafood and white fish, white meats, salads and seafood stews could be the perfect companions.
