In this terroir, Tinto Fino expresses itself with elegance, displaying a primary, pure character and a delicate, refined tannin profile.
The eco-friendly farming approach, respecting each individual soil, allows the creation of wines with soul, authentic and filled with the true expression of the land.
Composed of 95% Tinto Fino and 5% Albillo, the wine comes from a very low yield of 1.9 kg per vine. The grapes are harvested manually in small boxes, with double sorting tables and gravity-fed processing. Natural yeasts are used for fermentation, followed by 15 months of aging in new French oak barrels (500L).
