The wine undergoes vinification in open tanks, with cold maceration for 24-48 hours, followed by fermentation for 10-12 days with two daily foot treads and a small pump-over. It undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels.
The vineyards are located in Laguardia, at an altitude of 450 to 700 meters.
It is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
