75% Tempranillo and 25% Albillo Mayor, from old vines. After spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, it was aged in one-year-old French oak barrels for 224 days. A wine for aging.

Description

Cherry pink color with medium-high intensity.
On the nose, floral aromas stand out, such as rose, violet, elderflower, cistus and delicate white flowers. There are also aromas of sour strawberry, raspberry, cherry, grapefruit, banana and a touch of lactic acid.
In the mouth it is a sweet and refreshing wine, where white pear, citrus and raspberry are accompanied by a slight final bitterness. A complex, complete wine, with an acidity that guarantees its aging and great gastronomic potential.
It pairs well with pasta, rice, vegetables, fish, spoon dishes and with the star product of our gastronomy: roast lamb.
