Intense and complex on the nose, with the different aromatic notes well integrated. The first aromas are tropical fruits such as mango, papaya, banana, and citrus like bitter orange and kumquat, followed by caramel and toffee, subtle notes of smoke and peat, with a slight hint of glue and fresh wood.
When opened with cold water, it reveals an apple pie aroma with cinnamon, making it incredibly tempting, only to return to highlighting its complexity and finesse.
Smooth and full-bodied on the palate, rich and intense with a precise persistence that floods the senses. The entry is delicate, slightly sweet, with a certain minerality, accompanied by spicy notes that highlight the tropical fruits and the wood from its aging, along with citrus peels and a prominent toffee finish.
