This gin, inspired by a classic cocktail, has a unique profile that traces its origins to early 1980s London, when blackberries, a popular fruit in English baking, began to be combined with traditional gin.

The botanicals used include juniper, orange, lime, coriander, licorice, green cardamom, cassia, nutmeg, and cubeb. The final product is more intense and spicy than its sibling, Floraison.
