Don Ñuño is a Premium Oloroso produced by Lustau wineries, one of the oldest wineries in the Jerez area. We are looking at a dry Oloroso, with less than 8 grams of residual sugar per liter, aged for years using the traditional system of criaderas and soleras.

The Pedro Ximénez grapes used to make this sweet wine are sun-dried after the harvest. This traditional method consists of leaving the bunches exposed to the sun to achieve a higher concentration of sugars.
