Luis Caballero

This fine wine is made in the winery that Lustau owns in El Puerto de Santa María using the traditional system of criaderas and soleras under a veil of flor.

The Pedro Ximénez grapes used to make this sweet wine are sun-dried after the harvest. This traditional method consists of leaving the bunches exposed to the sun to achieve a higher concentration of sugars. Added to this is an average aging of 12 years in the winery, which provides an important range of sensations in the different tasting phases.

Viña 25 owes its name to a historic vineyard near Jerez, covering 25 aranzadas (approximately 10 hectares), planted with the highest quality Pedro Ximénez grapes.
