Emilio Lustau founded the solera in commemoration of the visit of Eugenia de Montijo, last empress of France, to Jerez de la Frontera. Lustau Almacenista Fino del Puerto J.L. G. Obregón: an exclusive Fino made in El Puerto de Santa María with Palomino Fino grapes. Aged under flor veil in oak casks using the criaderas and soleras system, it stands out for its freshness, almond notes, and a unique saline touch.
