It is a premium gin, obtained through small-batch distillation using a single 40-gallon copper still. Each botanical is distilled separately, and the individual distillates are later blended. This process allows for slight variations in each production batch, which is why the bottles are hand-numbered.
The botanicals used include juniper, orange and grapefruit peel, coriander, orris root, and cardamom.
