The Cune Rosado must is bled over the next 48 hours until the desired chromatic tone is obtained. Subsequently, fermentation takes place, without skins or seeds, at a controlled temperature between 16º and 18º. Cune Rosado is a young wine that is not aged. It is bottled without being clarified.
