Para la bodega, este es su mejor verdejo, elaborado con uvas recogidas de noche y posteriormente vinificadas en contacto con sus lías. Una versión moderna y elegante de esta uva con denominación de origen Rueda. Un blanco estructurado, con frescura y un toque anisado y recuerdos agradables a frutas como la manzana verde y el pomelo. Apto para veganos.
