The Verdejo grapes come from the property's old, low-yielding vineyard and are harvested in perfect health by night-time mechanical harvesting. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for approximately 25 days with a controlled temperature of around 15ºC. Once the fermentation process is finished, the wine remains in a refrigerated tank and in contact with its lees until bottling.
Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections, it presents delicate fruity and floral aromas, with hints of stone fruits and grapefruit. In the mouth it is balanced with mineral and spicy notes, with refreshing acidity.
Ideal as an appetizer or mid-afternoon, white and blue fish (without very intense sauces) and seafood in general.
