Oloroso is the quintessential sherry wine, and Bodegas Tradición's is the longest and most full-bodied of its entire portfolio, as well as being the smoothest and most elegant. It is the result of a combination of soleras that date back to the 17th and 19th centuries. Its age, an average of 45 years in oxidative ageing (without having had contact with the veil of flor at any time) gives it a series of characteristics such as its notes of noble woods, its powerful mouthfeel or its bitter chocolate aftertaste.
