The grapes come from estate-owned vineyards located on the side of the winery, planted on slopes at an altitude of 100 to 200 meters above sea level. The estate enjoys a special microclimate, protected by the Sierra de Grazalema and the Pantano de Bornos. The warm days, combined with cool afternoons and nights, help ensure the slow maturation of the grapes and preserve their acidity levels.
The harvest is done manually. After a brief maceration with the skins, Barbazul Rosado undergoes fermentation for 12 days at a controlled temperature of 12ºC.
It is a sweet and fruity rosé, offering a delightful profile.
