Description

1894 Blanco is a tribute to the great Rioja barrel-aged whites, a traditional way of production that was lost over the years and is now being recovered. This wine, the result of the inheritance of more than 125 years of knowledge, is made from a selection of century-old vineyards of Viura and Malvasía at the foot of the Sierra de Cantabria, from which a selection is made.

It is a wine with great care in its production, since the grapes from each vineyard are raised independently on their lees in French oak barrels, giving a complex, very elegant wine with great personality.

Lemon yellow in color, very clean and bright. Aromas of exotic fruit with a mineral and spicy touch. Great intensity in the mouth and a natural acidity that achieves a magnificent balance, providing liveliness and freshness with a long finish.
