La Poda Tinta de Toro is a single-variety Tempranillo wine. The grapes come from vineyards over 40 years old. At the beginning of the winemaking process, a cold maceration of the grapes is carried out for 4 days to preserve the fruit aromas and achieve a greater extraction of color and soft tannins. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, and finally, the wine is aged in barrels for about 4 to 6 months.
