This wine preserves its soul thanks to its Rama production method, an alternative technique that allows all the substances and aromas to be preserved in their purest form.
The term en Rama refers to a wine that has not undergone stabilization, filtration, or clarification. In other words, it has not been left to "settle" so that the natural sediments from the winemaking process can settle at the bottom. As it is not filtered, it may not have the usual transparency of other white wines, and you might notice sediments at the bottom of the bottle.
The wine has a bright yellow color with greenish reflections. It has a potent aromatic profile, reminiscent of a great perfume, rich in nuances and details, with many fresh notes of citrus, fennel, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is creamy, citrusy, with a silky texture, broad, and with volume. The finish is long and full of nuances.
