100% Moscatel in the Condado de Huelva area without D.O., aged for 6 months in oak and clay pot. Fresh and balsamic, it has good acidity and soft tannins. Perfect to pair with beef, pasta with sauce and seasoned poultry.
The complexity of Solideo comes from the uniqueness of the grapes with which it is made – a special blend of 85% Tempranillo, 12% Cabernet, and 3% Albillo – and from a careful aging of 24 months in American and French oak barrels.The estate is organically farmed: the grandfather's vineyard, which is over 90 years old.
