Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from the oldest vineyards that surround the winery. This sparkling rosé is made using the rural method, stopping fermentation at 7 alcoholic degrees. Does not have added sugars

Clean and bright, it has a pale appeal. It awakens in the glass a rosary of fine bubbles that prevail over time and give the drink freshness and fun. Its aromatic profile integrates perfectly with the notes of red fruit (cherry, strawberry) and floral nuances (violet) characteristic of the Burgos Ribera del Duero. In the mouth it is fresh, harmonious and very balanced. Its aftertaste is pleasant, long and persistent.
