Description

Selection and manual harvest of centuries-old vines. Fermentation for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 28º C and maceration for a further 14 days. It remains for 22 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.

In view is a wine with a very high layer of color that perfectly preserves purple tones, with great glyceric intensity. The aroma stands out for its enormous complexity, retaining ripe fruit and floral tones assembled with a great variety of spices, notes of toasted nuts and coffee, clean wood that respects the wine and enhances its harmony. In the mouth there is great uniqueness, sweet tannin in abundance, density and silkiness, great persistence. An example of concentration and elegance in a wine with unmatched persistence leaving a harmonious finish in the mouth.

Useful life greater than 6 years.
