Oxidative aging wine, obtained by the partial fermentation of musts of the Pedro Ximénez variety previously raisined. About 12 or 14 years of aging through the solera and criaderas system in American oak casks. It is very sweet, its alcohol content is 17.5% vol. and is presented in 75 cl bottles.
