Alma Atlántica Albariño is a partially fermented Albariño grape must, thus achieving an alcoholic volume of 7% that causes a perfect sweetness to balance the acidity of this varietal. Fermentation takes place in isobaric tanks in which fine bubbles are naturally created that further reinforce the sensation of freshness.
A project by Bodegas Martín Códax in which we travel to the origin and to unique varietals with a marked Atlantic character. A new way of approaching albariño, daring and transgressive. A perfect product for a consumer who is looking to have fun and enjoy, without losing sight of the quality of the product.
Straw yellow in color, intense, fruity aromas of apple and ripe pear, melon, fruit salad and floral notes.
