Andresito Vermouth is made from Pedro Ximénez grapes produced by the winery and around twenty different botanicals, with which it is macerated for two months. Thanks to this, this is a surprising vermouth, in which its clean and bright amber colour is striking. On the nose, aromatic herbs, orange peel, balsamic notes of eucalyptus and menthol are detected, as well as some special notes of cinnamon, cloves, liquorice and carob. On the palate, there is a balance between sweetness, acidity and bitterness.
The winemaker recommends drinking it at 10 degrees or accompanied by ice.
