This vermouth is a blend of 15-year-old Oloroso and Moscatel. For its production, a maceration of bitter plant extracts with chamomile flowers, spices, and dried Andalusian oranges is carried out. This mixture then ages in Oloroso Valdespino barrels, which provide depth and intensity to the vermouth, giving it an elegant and warm character.
Try pairing it with a toast topped with anchovies or marinated tuna.
