This variety is ideal for making vermouth due to its aromatic and taste characteristics, being a quality wine, good structure and acidity, which allows all the prominence to be given to the aromas and flavors of the aromatic plants, citrus fruits, flowers and spices that are macerated.

Mahogany color with orange reflections, intense and enveloping aroma. Sweet orange and citrus flavor, liqueur-like with a persistent finish.
