Description

Pale straw yellow with green and golden highlights. Clean and very bright.

Straightforward, elegant, and very complex. Multiple nuances in perfect harmony. Aromas of tropical fruits like passion fruit and mango, combined with herbaceous, aniseed, and white flower notes, along with integrated hints from its barrel aging, such as clove, vanilla, and cedar.

Good and elegant structure, fresh and unctuous at the same time. Excellent balance between a moderate acidity and this structure, suggesting aromas of tropical fruits, smoked notes, spices, and balsamic touches. Long, voluminous, fresh, and balanced finish.

Aged for 6 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
