El Zarzal is made with a controlled temperature fermentation followed by aging on lees in French oak foudres of 2,500 liters for approximately 8 months.
In the visual phase, we find a very pale straw yellow wine. On the nose, the 2022 vintage combines with the personality of the variety, offering a wine that is primarily fruity with an extra level of intensity and richness. In the glass, it evolves toward elegant notes of citrus peel and minerality. On the palate, it is balanced, with a medium volume and good creaminess. It has an easy and fresh finish.
