From a blend of suitable apple varieties and following traditional methods, a must is obtained which, after alcoholic fermentation, results in a natural cider. Once fermentation is complete, the process undergoes reverse osmosis, through which, using appropriate membranes, the alcohol is separated while preserving all its organoleptic characteristics.
The process is completed with clarification, filtration, sweetening, and carbonation, resulting in a non-alcoholic cider.
