BARBAZUL RED is a young wine from Vino de la Tierra de Cádiz, crafted by Huerta de Albalá. Known as the "little brother" of the acclaimed Taberner, it embodies the Atlantic character of Cádiz with a crisp, saline profile reminiscent of sea breezes.

Tasting notes:
👃 Aroma: Bursting with red fruits (wild strawberries, redcurrants) and citrus hints, plus a mineral touch.
👄 Palate: Lively and fresh, with smooth tannins and vibrant acidity. Short but refreshing finish.

Perfect pairing: Grilled fish, shellfish, anchovies or Iberian ham tapas. Serving temp: 10-12°C.
