The grapes from Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell come from Almansa vineyards and are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine remains in the stainless steel tanks until bottling.
A peculiar wine that combines complexity, structure, and an intense deep picota red color. The nose is elegant, fresh, and complex, with mature fruit aromas and floral notes. A pleasant and fresh entrance on the palate, balanced with sweet, though youthful, tannins, smooth and enveloping, with an original and interesting mouthfeel and a long finish.
