Description

Paradise exists, and it is found inside a bottle of wine. Libalis is an enveloping tropical explosion that transports you to the wildest side of life. The vineyards planted in 1999 are located in Finca Zarcillo and Finca Mejorana, estates located in Calahorra, La Rioja. This winery works with organic viticulture.

A nocturnal and automatic harvest is carried out during the first week of September. Once in the winery, it is left to macerate cold for 6 hours and then ferments at 16ºC in stainless steel tanks. Once the wine has reached 5.5 degrees of alcohol, it is cooled to a very low temperature, stopping the fermentation and thus leaving a sweetly fruity wine with

natural carbonation. When bottling, a light touch of carbonation is given to give it the desired bubbly point.

The result is a very clean, glyceric and bright pale yellow wine, with very fine bubbles and intense aromas of tropical fruit. When tasting it, we experience a bubbly sensation, a refreshing explosion of fruit that leaves a slightly sweet and intensely tropical flavor.
