Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 is the legendary and original recipe of Jack Daniel’s since 1866. It retains the unique flavor from maple charcoal filtering, making it the authentic Tennessee Whiskey. After more than 150 years, the oldest registered distillery in the United States remains in the heart of Tennessee, Lynchburg, next to Cave Spring, a natural iron-free water source, which is essential for producing high-quality whiskey.

Jack Daniel’s ages in new American white oak barrels, under the supervision of the Master Distiller. For how long? "It’s ready when it’s ready," says Jeff Arnett, the seventh Master Distiller, just as Mr. Jack Daniel himself used to say. The whiskey does not follow a fixed aging time; only the Master Distiller can determine through tasting when Jack Daniel’s is ready.
