Val do Galir is made from grapes grown in its own vineyard, A Malosa, considered a qualified vineyard. It features one of the most spectacular soils in the entire DO Valdeorras, with its slate soil and impressive slopes (40% gradient).
Manual harvesting in 15-kilo boxes. The grapes undergo maceration in boxes in a refrigerated chamber before fermentation.
Aging for 4 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
It has a bright, greenish-yellow color. On the nose, it is delicate, Atlantic, and mineral, with floral, bush, and citrus notes. On the palate, it is brilliant, persistent, silky, with good structure and a broad mouthfeel due to the lees aging.
Ideal with fish, seafood, vegetables, white meats, and stews.
