Made from selected grapes harvested at night and manually at the optimum moment of ripeness. Pre-fermentation maceration and controlled fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks.

The control of the entire production process together with the use of the most advanced technology make it a fresh, fleshy wine, with fruity aromas and tastes.

Young, fresh wine, straw yellow in colour with green reflections, very bright. The aroma is intense, delicate, with predominance of fresh fruit with a herbaceous touch.

On the palate it is balanced, pleasant, with a soft aftertaste.
