Dry single-varietal Moscatel of Alexandria made from selected grapes harvested manually at night. Pre-fermentation maceration, low-temperature fermentation, and subsequent aging on lees in a tank, which causes the wine to express varietal characters combined with characteristic volume and unctuousness.
Straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, primary aromas such as white flowers and fruit characteristic of the Moscatel of Alexandria variety predominate, with fermentative touches reminiscent of aging on lees. On the palate, it is fresh, silky, unctuous, smooth, with a certain volume typical of aging on lees, persistent with a good retronasal pathway.
