The vineyards are located in Boada de Roa, in the heart of Ribera del Duero, with vines averaging 30 years of age, hand-harvested.
It has a cherry red color with notes of wild fruits like blackberries and raspberries, set against a spicy background with hints of vanilla. A well-balanced wine with a pleasant mouthfeel, soft tannins, round texture, and good acidity.
Ideal with roasted dishes, all kinds of red meats, creamy pastas, cheeses, and cured meats.
