They have 350 hectares of vineyards, mostly on clay-calcareous soils, in 870 plots located in La Rioja Alavesa, an area with an excellent wine-growing tradition. They use rational viticulture which does not use any type of herbicide or synthetic fertilizers.
The climate of Rioja Alavesa is a transition between the Atlantic climate and the Mediterranean climate, that is, the Cantabrian mountain range acts as a protector from the arrival of winds and storms coming from the North and creates a dry climate but with high temperature fluctuations that make it perfect for the cultivation of the vine and its optimal maturation.
