In this winery we work with the Vino de Pago philosophy. Thus at Bodegas y Viñedos Casa del Valle, tradition, technique and wisdom come together with the aim of extracting the best grapes and guaranteeing exceptional wines from the beginning of the production process.

It has a bright cherry color with strawberry reflections. On the nose, highly intense aromas of roses and fruit appear. In the mouth it is fresh and tasty, rich in nuances and well combined.

Bodegas Olarra

El Grupo Bodegas Olarra nace en 1973 con la construcción, a las afueras de Logroño, de una bodega para grandes vinos de Rioja. Técnicas modernas, bajo una cultura tradicional.

En 1985 surge Bodegas Ondarre, que exprime al máximo la tipicidad de los viñedos y la diversidad de suelos de Viana. Allí se elaboran vinos de larga crianza y los primeros cavas del grupo.

En el año 2000, se inicia el proyecto de Bodegas y Viñedos Casa del Valle que, con la misma filosofía que los vinos de pago, sigue el clásico modelo Château.
