This artisanal vermouth is made from Airén variety wine. This variety is ideal for vermouth production due to its aromatic and taste characteristics, providing a quality wine with good structure and acidity, allowing the aromas and flavors of the aromatic plants, citrus fruits, flowers, and spices to take center stage.

The primary botanicals are wormwood, vanilla, cardamom, orange blossom, and fennel.

It has a golden yellow color, clear and bright.

The aroma is fresh, with citrus notes, menthol and herbaceous touches like sage and fennel, and floral hints of chamomile. It has a spiced background with cardamom and vanilla.

The entry is warm and sweet, followed by an intense palate with good acidity. This vermouth is enveloping, with great volume in the mouth and pleasant, subtle bitter flavors that are well-integrated, completing its balance and persistence.
