Although the most cultivated variety in Campo de Borja is Garnacha, Borsao Zarihs is the result of Syrah. Hence its name, as Zarihs is Shiraz spelled backward. These vines were planted over 16 years ago at the foot of the Moncayo mountain and, thanks to the expertise of winemakers Chris Ringland and José Luis Chueca, they have been able to make the most of the effects of the soil, sun, and cierzo wind on the grapes.
