After the grapes are harvested, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 15 days, with temperature control (max 27°C). 10% of the wine undergoes 5 months of aging in French oak barrels.
This wine is well-balanced, highly fruit-forward, with a spicy mouthfeel, mature tannins, and a tasty profile. It is also mineral, with a long, cacao-infused finish.
