Viña Vilano Roble is a wine made from Tempranillo grapes from vineyards over 10 years old.
The harvest is manual, and once in the winery, the grapes undergo 8-10 days of maceration in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation takes place in these tanks at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C. The aging process lasts for 5 months in American oak barrels. Before being released to the market, the wine rests for an additional 3 months in the bottle.
