The Lindes de Remelluri project began in the 2010 harvest when it was decided to make the wines of Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri exclusively from grapes sourced from its 90 hectares of vineyards.
For the first time since the 1960s, there is a clear intent to return the protagonism and identity of the Rioja villages.
Ábalos is the last village that retains the depth of the mountains; from here on, the valley begins to widen. The area houses more than thirty rock-hewn wine presses from the 10th and 11th centuries, and in the center of the village, there is the Real Divisa winery, which has been documented since 1367 and belongs to the Marquis of Legarda.
