Alaya Tierra is a single-variety wine made from Garnacha Tintorera. The grapes come from old vineyards planted at an altitude of about 1,000 meters above sea level. These vineyards are exposed to a continental climate with very low rainfall. The yield is very low, but the fruit produced is of high quality, with a lot of concentration of color and aroma.
It is a powerful, dense, and concentrated wine, with a high alcohol content that takes a backseat thanks to its silky texture and long finish.
The wine has an intense picota color, with a very high layer and vivid red tones.
An interesting and complex aromatic profile, where minerals and very ripe black and red fruits stand out, with pleasant hints of new wood.
On the palate, it is broad, powerful, dense, and mature, with balanced acidity and a silky texture, surprising us with a unique sweetness and an incredibly long finish.
Sangría La Sueca has the intensity of a summer love and the wonderful freshness of a nudist beach. A sangria with 11 degrees, like the traditional ones, with a cherry red color, clean and bright. The aroma is dominated by cinnamon, orange citrus, and peach.
La Sueca is a red sangria. Garnacha on the mother’s side and Tempranillo on the father’s side. The result is a fresh, light, and fruity wine macerated with natural extracts of orange juice, lemon, cinnamon, peach, apricot, lime, and other red fruits for several weeks in stainless steel tanks, until it reaches that sought-after touch. After this maceration, natural grape must nectar is added to give it a sweet and balanced aftertaste.
