The medallions continue to preside over the image of each reference as a distinctive element of the winery, gaining more prominence and gaining finesse and elegance. To maintain balance and adapt to change, the borders of each medallion accompany the capsules with the color of each Malleolus. It is the perfect combination of history and evolution.
Each of the Malleolus comes from a different type of soil, which gives them very different characteristics and peculiarities and as an important element, it also appears highlighted on the new label.
Malleolus comes from stony soil, these are soils with a high presence of coarse elements, which limits their ability to retain water and nutrients. They are poor and quite dry soils, whose maturation begins and ends earlier. With them they obtain grapes of the highest quality with which, finally, they make ripe wines with great mellowness.
