Garnacha blanca de las faldas del Moncayo, termino municipal de Ainzón, altitud entre 450 y 550 metros, viñas de mas de 40 años en vaso y de hecho casi los únicos viñedos de garnacha blanca de la zona. Fermentación a baja temperatura en inox y trabajo importante sobre lías durante 6 meses, con trasvasados periódicos. El trabajo de Norrel Robertson MW en este vino lleva al limite las posibilidades de desarrollo en botella de la garnacha blanca. Un vino que sorprende. 6.000 botellas de producción
